A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal. Late payments incur a 10% fee. Cancellations over 14 days before the event forfeit the deposit, while those within 14 days are charged in full. Order changes must be requested 7 days prior; late changes may incur fees.
We offer delivery and setup within Greater London, with venue access required 2 hours before the event. Clients are responsible for the decorations after setup, and environmental factors can affect the balloons. Biodegradable balloons are used when possible. Balloon removal is available at an additional cost, and clients should notify us of any latex allergies.
Our designs are our intellectual property, and we reserve the right to photograph our work for promotional use unless otherwise requested. Feedback is welcomed, and we strive to address any concerns promptly.
